When I arrived I was not acknowledged and sat waiting for a further 20 minutes, still with no contact from staff. Even after a toner was applied the root colour was too yellow/warm for me. I shared my opinion at the salon, the hairdresser said it was nice but I didn’t like it.

I wasn't expect. that instead of normal wax they have cartridges which is used many time without any cleaning. Many of it even had hair on it after prev. client. it's disgusting. almost on the end of proced.I noticed that lady was without gloves :-/
