I had my manicure on Thursday, by Sunday I already have split cuticles. She didn't bother to push the cuticles before going in straight with the bit. That hurt. She used the same tools as from the previous client. She took a look at me and decided that I am not worth the cleaned/sterilised ones. She was more interested in the conversation(s) her colleague was having. She was 20min late in the appointment which can happen, but at least say a "thanks for waiting".
