My appointment was delayed by 20 minutes, waiting for the nail artist to finish with the previous client. That resulted in a rushed work, and no time to finish my nails on time, as I also had follow up appointments that I was late for in the end because of this delay.
Had to come the next day to do the gel coating, and the job was of a poor quality - sloppy coating, inaccurate edges.
I’m very disappointed by the whole experience and do not recommend anyone who wishes beautifully done nails.
