ThisI had a very disappointing experience with Tsomo. The nails were not done the way I wanted, and honestly, I was very unhappy with the result. During the appointment, she hurt me several times, which was very uncomfortable.
She asked me if I liked the nails, and I honestly said no because I did not like how they looked. Instead of responding professionally, she became angry with me. She then started pushing and pulling my hands and behaved in a very aggressive and disrespectful way.

Hele lieve dames, alleen is m'n biab niet goed gedroogd waardoor het ongelijk is en er niet netjes uitziet. Ik heb gemaild, maar nog geen antwoord gehad.
