I asked for my hair to be short and around my head in a big volume.I was asked not to comment nor touch my hair during the cut,I ended with a very short hair on my crown&longer strands next to my ears that looks redicilous. She used heat on my hair for long time still not dry completely so I walked out of the salon without styling and without showing me what products she used or how to style till I reached home and saw the disaster and the products she put made it look sticky and dull.

I really loved my haircut by Lea, she did a great job and I’m happy. I only wish she would’ve scheduled more time for me. The end felt very rushed, she couldn’t finish drying my hair and we didn’t take a final look together if the cut was good or if it needed fixing. And because the drying was very rushed, I walked out of the salon with frizzy hair and had to wash my hair again the next day. Other than that I’m happy with my haircut and Lea is a great expert when it comes to curly hair.

Leah was wonderful - not just interested in my hair but in me, and why I was making the change. I wanted something drastic (long hair to very short), and with a discussion and a few photos that I'd brought, she totally got what I wanted.
She also gave me tips on how to style my new cut once I was home, which was very helpful.
The end of the appointment was a bit rushed due to the previous appointment overrunning, but otherwise it was a great experience - I will definitely be going back.
