I had a great cut and the guy was fun to talk to. However, I have some critical feedback to share. I booked a buzz cut and the guys gave me a normal haircut without saying anything. Then they asked me to pay 15 euro more at the end. That’s not really professional guys, you should have better communication! The mistakes you make should not fall on your customers, otherwise you risk them loosing trust and not coming back.
