As someone with more than a head's worth of stubborn, wavy hair, going to a new hairdresser can be hit or miss. Mike did the impossible and made the experience something to look forward to. He asked all the right questions, listened attentively to my preferences and hair needs, and gave practical styling tips that matched the amount of effort I'm willing to put in.

Mike always cuts my hair exactly how I want it without me having (or knowing) to explain what I want. He's also super nice and chill and it's always such a fun experience.
