The manicure experience was okay, but it was significantly delayed, causing some inconvenience. The overall atmosphere of the place was chaotic, giving the impression that people were living there. The lack of customer orientation was noticeable.

Disappointing manicure: booked technician unavailable, poor communication with replacement, nails broke quickly, no drinks offered, chaotic atmosphere, rusty accessories. Unsatisfactory overall.
