Status quo!!!!Marc made me look a million dollars.

I´ve been to the Down Under Hair a few times. In general I´m happy with the result, but the result was rather poor. I paid 50 € for natural hair colour (to cover the root colour), but I got just few highlights. Frankly, you can barely notice the difference. Additionally, it took nearly 2 hours to have it done as I had to wait for another customer´s hair to be cut in the meanwhile. This time it wasn´t really worth the money :(

I had never dyed my hair before and I was really anxious about it - I have also not visited a salon since cutting my hair rigorously seven years ago. After reading all the positive reviews on Treatwell and Google, I took the plunge and ... well, Marc is my new hair king now! The experience was wonderfully relaxed, Marc really knows what to do with hair and his advice was very good and professional. I left with fabulous hair and I smile every time I see myself in a mirror now. Can't wait for my next appointment!

I strayed from Down Under Hair, and I paid the price with a bewilderingly atrocious hair cut at another salon. It was a huge mistake. After growing it out for five months, I went to Down Under Hair and asked for help. Marc not only immediately saw what (terrible things) had been done to my hair, but was able to give me my options for fixing it. When he finished, I was amazed at how much better it looked (even though we still have at least one more period of growing out + trimming to really fix the problems that were created). I don't know how on earth he does it, but Marc is magic.
