The salon itself is very pretty and the initial service you get is very good. At this point I was under a very good impression; that changed very quickly when I saw the high % developer with bleach being put on my hair which ended up frying my already bleached hair, hairdresser was lovely so I thought to trust the process... yet once I got hope my flatmate pointed out how patchy this balayage was. Now it’s going to take a while for my hair to recover from this... be exact in what you ask for.

The first attempt at getting the colour I wanted did not work out however when I came back the next day and expressed that that is not what I’ve asked for everybody in the salon was extremely understanding and helpful. They fit me in any time I was free to come back, and Jenny took the time fixed the colour herself for no extra cost,it looks very beautiful now! I even received a free olaplex treatment and got some testers for some expensive shampoo and conditioner! I will definitely come back!

Heeel blij met m’n nieuwe kapsel! Ze luisteren naar wat je wilt, advies gekregen en nemen de tijd voor je. Kortom hele fijne ervaring, ik kom zeker terug!
