Been before and was recommended again, I had Dina, discussed injuries and what’s happening Dina helped with a sports massage and gave recommendations on movements, to release pain and prevent it from happening
Recommended to multiple friends! Helped release the pain in my knee!

I have a frozen shoulder and sciatica issues that make it challenging to get around, but after a few sessions, my body is recovering very well.
