The best manual lymphatic drainage experience in Amsterdam! Margarita is such a kind and gentle therapist with such healing hands.
Her style is very effective and I feel so much relief from her MLD session, my bloated stomach is so much flatter and less swollen!

Truly fantastic experience, best deep tissue in Amsterdam! Dina was superb- kind, attentive and she really put great focus on my problematic areas. Very recommended, I will definitely come back!

I just had the BEST sports and deep tissue massage I’ve ever had in Amsterdam!
As a person who gets weekly massages all over the world, I was super impressed by Alec’s medical knowledge of the imbalances in my body and he knew exactly which muscles to focus on to regain balance again!
If you’re looking for a real deep tissue or sports massage, look no further, Alec is your guy! Highly recommend!
