Annie is just an amazing therapist, she is very knowledgeable in many different aspects of holistic health. In her intake, she will discover what issues need to be addressed and will pull from her Physio, Cranio Sacral and Osteopathic Therapy trainings to customize your treatment. Her treatment is something you need to try if you’re looking for the most holistic treatment for a full body Reset! Highly recommend!

Had a Thai/Shiatsu massage by Paula and I have to say it was the best experience I’ve had with any eastern style massage. Came in feeling exhausted and left feeling reset both body and mind! Highly recommend.
