I’m done coming here! They always put the wimpers in a rush, sometimes even in 25 min.

Het was mijn eerste keer bij Eyelash Express dus wist niet goed hoe het werkte bij het salon. Ik werd niet verwelkomt en ben dus maar gewoon gaan zitten. Het meisje dat mijn afspraak zou doen kwam te laat binnen en vroeg gehaast me te gaan liggen. Ze was verkouden en had net gerookt, en heeft een uur lang in mijn gezicht uitgeademd en gesnotterd. Echt walgelijk gewoon. Ik had zelf nog een aantal 3D wimpers op, ze wist niet of ik had begrepen dat ze zelf alleen one-on-one deden. In plaats van me daar gewoon naar te vragen, smiespelde ze eerst met een collega die terug smiespelde “vertel haar maar dat we dat niet doen”. Ontzettend onprofessioneel. Het wimperresultaat was ook matig. Ik ga hier nooit meer terug.

I don't leave reviews that often, but I had such a bad experience that I felt this time it was necessary. I was in between trips and my regular eyelash salon was fully booked so I decided to pop in for a refill. Immediately I noticed that the area for doing the lashes was incredibly messy, bags and coats everywhere and the chairs themselves had seen better days as they were also quite dirtt. I had arrived a bit early and all the lash technicians were outside smoking... which is a bit of a turn off considering they are touching your face. The girl who did my lashes was nice, but had the flu. She was coughing and sneezing over my face. Inevitably I got sick over Christmas surely because of this. If you are working on someone's face, and are sick as an esthetician, wear a mask -- plain and simple. The lashes looked fine when they were done, but I noticed the quality wasn't as good as my other place. I had glue higher up on my eye lids and the lashes were itchy... I only had them a few days before they all fell out, unfortunately with my normal lashes as well. Overall, I wish I would have just waited for my regular salon in the New Year.
