I did not have such a great experience at the salon. The people were very friendly and made me feel welcome but I paid a super expensive price to have my hair coloured - I am positive that I was scammed (as per the pricelist I was charged €108,50 more than what I should have) . I specifically visited your salon as it was mention that you accommodate curly hair. I could tell by the order in which my hair was colored and how it was detangled that this was not the case. I paid a total amount of €355 for my hair and scalp to be burnt and damaged so can’t even say the amount of money I paid was worth it. Could tell you had no idea how to work with my hair type and end up chemically burning me. Instead of suggesting we split the colouring process into a few phases. My hair is left so damaged and I need to nurture my scalp now.
