Ontzettend fijne behandelingen gehad, van gezichtsbehandeling tot aan een pedicure alles was fantastisch! En liep de deur uit met de meest perfecte wenkbrauwen!

I went in getting a shellac treatment as a birthday gift before I flew out that weekend for the holidays. Mind you, the staff is very kind and hospitable. However, the low rating comes from the quality of the manicure from my single visit. It is not representative of the entire company or the individuals working within it.
The shellac chipped off two fingers that same evening I got them done (thumb and index). I understand it's still fresh, and those are commonly used fingers, however the only strenuous activity my fingers had that remaining day were typing and cooking myself dinner. Two days later, on my way to the airport, my middle finger nail chipped off to about a third of the nail, leaving some shellac sticking out that peeled off the remaining polish. Obviously I don't typically peel off my nailpolish, however, at this point (with the aforesaid chips gotten worse anyways), I frustratingly peeled the remaining polish off in one swift movement considering a third of that nail had already chipped.
I understand that the salon would have fixed it, however, I hadn't the time considering I left two days after. Additionally, I did not think I'd need the extra time considering I've been getting shellac for years, and I have had the occasional small chip from the hitting of my nail or something. So I didn't assume I'd have a shellac last shorter than if I did my own nails at home with regular polish... Additionally, I go to the salon once in a while due to a tight schedule. Therefore, I never plan to take extra time out of my schedule to do my nails a day later?
I got them redone in the next week during my holidays at another salon, and two weeks later, these are still in perfect condition.
