First of all, general observation I find it strange when hairdressers aren't upfront about their prices for new customers coming to any salon. it would help eliminate any unnecessary awkwardness at the end and align expectations. For example, the relaxing treatment was overpriced to say the least - not worth getting it done when a homemade relaxing treatment is 10 euros vs. 75 in salon. Recommendation - menus or POS material made visible.
To add, experience at Future Coupes,was great from atmosphere, staff, service, quality of hair styling - the best found so far in Amsterdam. I did experience great care in ensuring the style fitted me and was curated for what was asked, rather a box standard style. I prefer hearing recommendations from the stylist.
The extra mile staff took to look after me and be attentive was second to none, despite the time spent at the salon. I would definitely recommend this place for new comers or those seeking a hair stylist who knows their stuff.

Werd precies op tijd en snel geholpen. Stond binnen 20 minuten weer buiten. Erg aardig personeel. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
