I booked a Balayage-long hair for 213€ on her pricelist.She proceeded to do highlights without telling me and she completely ruined my hair.Now i have very bright cold blonde highlights from the roots when i asked for a warm tone balayage and i ended up paying 247€.She initially offered to fix it after agreeing it wasn’t what i wanted and then when i asked her to make a different fix (a complete color instead of a toner) she told me she doesn’t want to work with me and she refused to refund me

I booked a last-minute haircut and scalp massage. During the cut, GiGi gave me a consultation about hair colour (I will book future treatments). GiGi was knowledgable, very friendly and professional. Fluent in English.

Hele fijne sfeer ik ben altijd heel blij met mijn haar en wil niks anders meer! Ze geeft ook goeie tips en denkt altijd met je mee in oplossingen. Echt een aanrader als je van gezelligheid houd maar ook als je van rust houd alles is hier mogelijk.

Gigi was very kind and knowledgeable, I went in with an idea, but she explained why that wasn’t right for my extra long, thick hair so we adjusted it based on her suggestion and I’m super happy with the outcome.
