Amazing new place. Top notch washing experience. The blow dry was partly ok. My hair needs to be dried sufficiently for it to stay fully dry. If not, the ends will pop up. Unfortunately this is what happened. Even with dry ends the finishing could have been better, as it usually is when done elsewhere. Since I did not see myself in the mirror during the blow dry I did not notice until I had a proper look at home.
Also when I made the appointment we agreed on my hair being at Medium length. When paying at a different receptionist I was charged for Full length and she did not know how to technically refund the difference. We have now left it as a credit for future sessions.
