Voor iedereen die Angelica nog niet kent; ze werkt op dit moment vanuit haar huis in Leidsche Rijn.
Ik ben nu al twee jaar zeer tevreden met haar als mijn kapster. Ze is sympathiek en begrijpt heel goed wat voor kapsel mensen willen.

De behandeling was prima. We moesten alleen heel lang wachten terwijl we een afspraak hadden op een vaste tijd. Even wachten is niet erg, maar dit was wel heel lang. Ik maak niet voor niets een afspraak voor mijn kinderen.

I had high hopes about this but I am very sorry to say that it was quite the opposite. First of all the address provided here is not correct and nobody informed me about it beforehand so we had to re-schedule, that was a bit annoying but it can happen, so I understood.
But then the day of the appointment I asked for a gray balayage and that was not the result. In the "salon" I thought it was fine because of the light conditions, it was already dark when I left. But then at home on a second look I saw that it was not a balayage by any means and that there was a few grey parts but there was still a lot of yellow... I tried to fix it during a whole week with purple and blue shampoo because I hate to leave negative reviews. But then I asked for help to fix this at home myself because I certainly dont have other 200 euros to spare on my hair... and there was no response at all, so here I am still with yellow-ish grey hair and 90's highlights on top of my hair. I am trully sad to say this because I think she is a very nice person and treated me very well that day but a bad result and no help after it... I can't just let it be. It's been over a week since I asked for help and sent her pictures of my concerns...
