I was excited to visit the salon after paying £235 for a haircut and highlights. I told Mr. Edward I wanted fine highlights, not full blonde, and trusted him to make my hair look good. After 2-3 hours, with multiple blonde shades and heat applied, my hair was destroyed. I now have a full head of uneven blonde shades. No salon will fix it, fearing further damage, and advised me to wait two months to avoid losing the little hair I have left.

Edward is a lovely guy but does not have the skill other reviews make you believe he does. Edward cut my hair in layers but the top layer is way too short and the difference between the layers too big, it looks like my 5 year old cut my hair! The Perm I got only worked in about 50% of my hair with the rest remaining straight. Edward did offer to fix the curls but I do not dare to go back. I now have half curled hair with a terrible cut! My only option is to wear my hair in a ponytail - beware!
