I had pure Asian black hair and they managed to make me fully blond but I wasnt happy with my hair color and when I told them, they really showed their cooperation and gave me another date within 7 days to fix the hair color up to my choice. I am really happy to have their service. Definitely going back💗

Paid full price for someone in training, was observed by a male colleague and they both spoke above my head in a language I did not understand, as if I was not there, making me quite uncomfortable. Washing was … the quick blow dry also… then I came home and realised some random parts are significantly longer.
I had great experiences there before but this was just really unsatisfying. Too bad.
