I love manicure & pedicure Valerie does, it’s the cleanest one I have ever had in my life.
Hülya is really good at her job, I didn’t even feel a pinch from the tweezing . They are all very good at hospitality.

I feel that the prices they charged were unexpectedly high and didn’t match the level of service o received. Unfortunately there in no transparency or prior warning about the costs, which would allowed me to make an informed decision. I showed the stylist the exact colour I wanted, but the result was quite different and didn’t meet my expectations. I understand there can be slight variations , but this was not even close to what I asked for. On top of I was charged more than I expected, which added to my disappointments.

I had pure Asian black hair and they managed to make me fully blond but I wasnt happy with my hair color and when I told them, they really showed their cooperation and gave me another date within 7 days to fix the hair color up to my choice. I am really happy to have their service. Definitely going back💗
