Goede kapster die ook écht verstand van het kleuren heeft! Ik wilde alleen balayage doen, maar ze gaf eerlijk aan dat mijn haar er niet geschikt voor was hoe het nu zat. Ze pakte haar mesje erbij en sneed er een soepele overgang in waardoor de balayage mooier uit zou komen. Daarnaast neemt ze echt tijd voor je. Mijn angst voor kappers is weg en ik zal hier zeker terugkomen

I went to the salon with high expectations based on the review regarding the experienced and confident professionals working there. The place looks good and people are friendly but if you are looking for modern techniques and a confident, trendy hairstylist, avoid this place. Firstly, I was trying to explain what I wanted - degrade highlights (where the root is darker) and they insisted in using this plastic cap for my highlights just like in the 80s. The woman who was responsible for my hair was apparently a trainee and was being supervised by a guy constantly. After a rather quick procedure I see some yellowish golden highlights coming out of the plastic cap I started to shake with anxiety. She explained that my color was that and she was matching it, and insisted that this is the way it is! I just asked her to stop, due to the lack of competence, lack of listening and the fact the woman was being supervised I decided not to let her cut my hair, I wouldn’t pay 45 euros for a trainee to cut my hair, especially one who doesn’t seem to grasp state of the art hair techniques. Left the place with a yellow hair with little ugly stripes straight into another hairdresser who accepted me without appointment where a truly great hairstylist fixed my hair and told me that he would fix that “lelijk” thing. If you are looking for an edgy, modern hairdresser who can listen to what you want and has the right level of confidence, avoid this place!! Not worth the price you can find much better options for the same or cheaper in Utrecht and Amsterdam. Wish I read my review before trying my adventure there.

Sfeer was heel fijn, lekker rustig in de salon! Heel gezellig gekletst en top resultaat!
