I was not happy with the treatment because the colour did not match what I wanted. I showed a picture of myself taken in the past and asked for that colour. After the treatment when i expressed my dissatisfaction witg the colour, the colourist suggested that other colour looks more natural but this is not what I wanted. There was an offer to redo the colour immediately but this would have meant double the bleach which I can't afford for my hair.
