The haircut is good and that’s the most important, but I didn’t left the salon feeling great. I only heard how “thin” and “damaged” and “dry” my hair was the entire appointment. My hair was definitely in need of a haircut and could use some love, but I never in my entire life heard that I have thin hair. I’m my opinion and every other hairdresser that touched my hair said I have thick hair. Of course you can have a different opinion and didn’t think much of it. But after saying it 4 times and making almost a discusted face every time when saying it I kinda felt like she was saying it to make me feel bad about my hair. If you have nothing nice to say, just say nothing. I go to the hairdresser to feel great, not to feel less confident about my hair after paying 97 euro’s.

Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this salon.
Before booking, I specifically called to ask whether a high-lift colour was possible. I explained that I had spent over two years growing out an old balayage and that my priority was to maintain my hair length and minimise damage. I was assured that a high-lift colour was possible, so I booked, paid a deposit and took half a day off work.
On the day of my appointment, I waited over 30 minutes before the consultation even started. I was then told that a high-lift colour was actually not possible.
During the 1 hour+ strandtest I was told it was looking good and it was seemingly possible.
After that suddenly it wasn’t possible again and I was shown that the strand test showed uneven lifting. I appreciate the honesty at that point, but this was extremely frustrating given that I had specifically called beforehand to establish whether the treatment was suitable.
I was then advised to bleach my hair for a shorter amount of time instead. I repeatedly explained that I wanted something very minimal and was repeatedly reassured that the damage would not be significant. I was also told if did not do a treatment I was lose my deposit. I trusted their professional advice and agreed.
Initially, I was happy with the colour. Unfortunately, once some time had passed, the true condition of my hair became apparent. My hair is now severely damaged, disgustingly extremely dry and crusty, impossible to run my fingers through in places, and the bleached sections are breaking off. I have had my hair bleached before and have never experienced damage this severe.
This is particularly upsetting because avoiding exactly this kind of damage was the reason I specifically asked for a high-lift colour in the first place. I had spent two years growing my hair out and trusted the salon's advice when they recommended bleaching instead.
I am absolutely devastated and inconsolable by the result and deeply regret having this treatment done. Given the condition my hair has been left in and the advice I was given, I do not consider this an acceptable service.
I really don’t know what to do, it seems like I will need to cut my hair short in order to salvage it.
I would strongly advise anyone who is concerned about maintaining the health of their hair to think twice before booking here.
