I was late, I accept that. But it was a 3hr appointment and I was 20min late. I did call beforehand to make the team aware. The public transportation was not working, I actually had to take an UBER after waiting a very long time for the tram. The stylist was not sympathetic to my situation and simply said my deposit was gone.
I frankly didn’t even care about the deposit, but just the lack of sympathy from the styling was so disappointing. I was going to happily spend more than 300e on my appointment. But no alternatives were given.
I am not going back to this salon because of this lack of understanding.
