I have thick hair and wanted a playful hairstyle. I ended up with a boring hairstyle that totally lacked any playfulness and volume. The poor choice was made to create this hairstyle with just(!) thinning shears. That was the reason I ended up with a totally deflated look. Not happy at all!

I came in for highlights but my hairdresser warned me that if i did that i would go home crying because it would break my hair and said i should just do a toner because i wanted to get rid of the redness in my hair. She also did a treatment and it made my hair SO SOFT and shiny and i left really really happy. I’m definitely coming back.
I want to be honest and share my experience with my recent visit. I left feeling quite disappointed with the haircut overall, and it’s stayed with me since I notice it every day when I look at my hair. The last-minute timing changes, the switch in hairdresser, and the lack of transparency about coloring all made the appointment feel very different from what I had booked. Coloring and making changes to my hair isn’t something I take lightly, so having the stylist changed only a couple of days before really shifted the decision for me. The overall energy in the space also didn’t feel calm or relaxing. My hairdresser had to tell people several times that she was “hurrying up” because they needed the curling iron, which created a rushed feeling. Especially since I only had a trim, being styled in a hurry didn’t feel good and I was surprised that there was only one curling iron available to share. On top of this, the three products I purchased overtime from the salon were all faulty in some way. For example, the conditioner I bought for over €30 has a broken pump, which makes it very difficult to use. It came like this for both bottles I've purchased. I’m sharing all of this because I value transparency, and I believe salons should create an experience that feels aligned, relaxed, and cared for. I hope this feedback helps bring more awareness to the client experience.
