i would recommend bodytec workout for those who dont have enough time to do traditional trainings but also to those who would like to start their fitness journey, your appetite will grow for more movement- promise😄 Skin gets super firm and deep muscle stimulation is really happening. I had a great and relaxing time in Jess Body Care. The place is very cozy and has an excellent team of professionals who provide excellent service. I had a super relaxing facial treatment. First they performed a scan of my face to diagnose my skin and thus decide what type of products to use and in which areas to work. My favorite part was the steamer that made my skin feel clean, fresh and hydrated.
