Over

I am a dancer at heart, so movement and touch are the most direct ways to express myself and connect with others. The focus of my work is to bring softness and strength together, mixing yin and yang to invite my clients into aliveness, balance, and restoration. Born in Italy in 1994, I crossed many disciplines, countries and languages before rooting in the Netherlands. I have an academic background in international studies and an embodiment background in contemporary dance, Nonviolent Communication, and Playfight. I currently study Human Movement at Hidden Body, Amsterdam. The main values that guide my explorations are empathy, connection, and play.

In touch is a simple place to find grounding, space, and aliveness in your body. Its philosophy is inspired by Myofascial Release and Thai Massage, with inputs from Nonviolent Communication and Contemporary Dance.

The place

At the edge of Oosterpark, this home studio feels like a light and cozy treehouse built to overlook the massive horse chestnuts of Kastanjeplein. Its earthy colors and wood scents create a safe atmosphere to come home to yourself.

The therapist

Elena has a strong and gentle touch that invites your body to loosen and release excessive tension. Her Dance, Movement, and Systemic Work background informs her massage techniques and holistic vision of the human being. She is trained in Thai massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Sport Massage next to her interest in Myofascial Release and Trauma Release Techniques.

Open Hours

The studio is open for a few hours each day to ensure quality in the way the therapist is present and attuned during the massage. If you wish to book a service outside of service hours you can request that via the contact details on the website www.livintouch.com
