I really didn't want to leave a bad review but my hair is basically fried. There is nothing I can do but wait for it to grow. I had the keratin treatment 2 months ago and waited to leave a review to see how my hair evolved over time. I finally went to another hair dresser this weekend who told me the keratin treatment was incorrectly applied and the hot iron was too hot and held for too long on each section of hair. He said it will take about 3 years for my damaged hair to grow out and that it did not have to do with the fact that my hair had highlights. My hair was relatively healthy before, and if it wasn't then she should have advised against doing the treatment. I have had to cut off quite a bit of hair and it still looks really damaged. I have spent a lot of money on all kinds of products that do not really help. I have had many keratin treatments elsewhere and in the US and I never had this experience. I am really disappointed because I like Patricia a lot. Patricia did refund 100 euros to me after the treatment and she was very apologetic. When I went back to the salon after washing my hair the first time after the treatment and was disappointed about the condition of my hair she gave me a free mask, but I guess the damage cannot be repaired. I think she is great for haircuts but I really wish I didn't do the keratin.
