Overall I am very happy with my lash extensions. But what I didn’t like and I don’t know if it was just bad luck or it’s the rule here, but for both of my appointments so far Ivy called to reschedule just hours before the appointment. Luckily I was able to take the new proposed time slots, but it’s not a good customer experience. Also, the second time she rescheduled me with another lash technician without even informing me, I found out when i entered the salon. I hope this does not happen again
