haar niet geknipt naar mijn wensen. heb aangegeven wat ik wilde maar was en te kort en scheef. kom hier zeker niet nog een keer.

When I arrived administrator look bit confused and unconfident about herself.
I was proposed tea what was nice, but then I didn't had time to drink it , cause I was asked if I want to wash my hair although for me it seems abvious if I want to cut them.
Finally she wahsed my hair good and careful , but I could sense tjatbshe was new there, in this salon, she seemed bit scared.
The hairdresser was okay, but nothing special, he ask some questions I guess for them it's necessary to make some socal connection otherwise clients would not remember them, but for me it seemed unnecessary, he didn't looked so intrested himself in these conversations, more like he akted bit flirty , but in rehearsed way.
I payed 25€ for cut and drying I guess, but walking out my hair was half dryed half wet. The day was warm so I wasnt so upset about that. The cut was good , I asked home to keep my lenght as much as possible and cut them straight. I liked the result , I still do , they are streught ends and I am happy that I took this decision of makeing appointment there.
This place needs more professionals and more confidence in them selfs. The other hairdressers didn't seemed so advanced as well. But unsure what they were doing.
I love this booking system and preferred time , and for that reason I came. I am not sure if I would go back... The price I guess is very reasonable for Amsterdam, so thats a great thing! But it wasnt so pleasant, I didnt felt like I went to rest and feel pleasure of having day for my self.

Mijn afspraak liep wat uit, maar boden hun excuses aan. Verder is het een fijne salon. Ze weten wat ze doen en zijn erg aardig.
