I have been coming here for over a year and normally it is A mazing! But the last time Kim was on holiday and this new woman was horrible. She was making rude comments and my nails have never looked this bad.. I just couldn’t be bothered to ask her to fix it.. I’ll just wait till Kim is back..

First of all if Kim is on holiday don't go there, the replacent lady kind but is overwhelmed with the amount of clients which result in sloppy work, I had to go back twice to fix my nail it is broken again within 3 days this never happened before especially with Biab should be very strong. Considering the price I would expect quality.

I was served after almost 40 minutes, I chose a biab color but they could not find it. The quality of the manicure this time is average. I am a loyal customer coming every 3 weeks but this is the third time that I get disappointed
