Iโve been coming here for over a year and have usually had a great experience, which makes this even more disappointing to write. Today I came in for a refill and nail repair, but unfortunately the result was far below the standard Iโm used to.
The technician who worked on my nails, I believe her name was Mia, didnโt seem experienced enough with acrylics. My nails turned out very thick, uneven in length, and the shape is not what I asked for. There are also noticeable bumps, and the process was painful at times. When I asked about the shape, I was told it wasnโt possible, and I was even asked how it should be done, which left me feeling quite uncomfortable as a client.
I completely understand that everyone needs to learn, and I say this with respect, but when youโre paying over โฌ50 and visiting a well-known salon with a strong reputation, you expect a certain level of quality and consistency. This is actually the second time Iโve had a disappointing experience like this, which makes it harder to trust the outcome of future appointments.
Itโs especially frustrating because Iโm going on holiday tomorrow and was really looking forward to having my nails done. Instead, Iโm leaving feeling unhappy with the result and wishing I had time to fix or remove them.
Most of the staff here are genuinely talented, which is why this situation feels so unfortunate. I donโt want to get anyone in trouble, but I do think more training or clearer specialization (for example, having specific technicians for acrylics) would really help maintain the standard the salon is known for.
At this point, Iโm not sure if Iโll be returning, as I donโt feel comfortable taking the risk of another disappointing experience.

ik had een dame die helemaal geen verstand had met nagels me nagels moesten 3 keer opnieuw gedaan worden eindstand hielp een andere dame mij die heeft me nagels goed gedaan ben daar wel tevereden over maar die andere dame hoeft mij niet meer te helpen de volgende keer wil ik iemand die goed en netjes nagels kan zetten voor de rest wachte ik best lang voordat ik aan de beurt kwam vanwege de drukteโฆ maar voor de rest was t goed
