Great service, professional view on hair and coloring. True professionals of their business. Just be careful with pricing, double check if they didn’t apply anything extra that is out of the service described at treatwell

So this what happened..
I have booked an appointment about three days before the treatment. I received the day before and on the same day of the appointment a reminder via the app (Treadwell) and my e-mail.
Went to the appointment to find out that nobody was there to fulfil the booking purpose! I was told that they (spa/saloon) haven't received a confirmation to the appointment.
However, I did receive a confirmation, even more, I couldn't change the time/day, otherwise, I'll be charged for that!
So I wasted my time, which I could invest somewhere else, my whole day schedule went wrong and my eyebrows look like shit, I even replaced some appointments during the week to fit my photo shoot session that was already planned for Tuesday (the day after)...
Never again.. Both the app and the place!
