I showed up and was asked four times what my name was before being served. Not well organized. There was also a employee speaking loudly on the phone taking about personal stuff outside my treatment room for almost the entire service.

Normally I am really pleased with all the ladies that work here and of course one performs better than the other. But this time the experience was just really rough. The wax was way too hot and left me with a burn! I told her more than once that the wax was too hot and that I had never experienced this before. She didn’t do much with my feedback and in the end I left with a half done Brazilian wax. I will book again at Lady Wax though, just not with this wax lady, sorry (Reigina).
