Lana really is the sweetest. She makes you feel comfortable and makes sure you're prepared. I had my first laser session to remove my tattoo with her and she took the time to let me feel the amount of 'pain' first before doing the full laser session :-)

The carbon peel with Lana was such a great experience. It was my first time and she explained what was happening super clearly and was really sweet. The results already after 2 days are also great! My skin is already so much more even and soft, and just looks healthier. I have already booked another treatment to go again in 3 weeks.
