My name is Anna. I am a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist. I am passionate about Eastern Medicine and Natural Therapy . I offer various natural treatments for a variety of common problems such as : acute and chronic pain, insomnia, menstrual disorders,digestive issues, stress, injuries and more . Each session is unique and based on individual needs. My favorite treatment is: Foot reflexology, Shiatsu and acupuncture. All of them are excellent form of pain relief ,self recovery and deep relaxation. I train my clients to use acupressure, moxa and ear seeds to strengthen the effect of my treatments. I give diet advices. Education of patients makes my service unique. Aside from my formal training and practice I am actively involved in other relevant forms of holistic practices: Do-in yoga and Medical Qi Gong. I continue to practice and study in my discipline which grows with each patient. Hobby : hiking, Nature, books, knitting and crocheting
