Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. The treatment started 15min late without aknowledgment from the therapist. Although I was asked about areas of concern, they were not given any extra attention. The massage felt rushed and unbalanced (different movements for left and right of the body). Also, felt uncomfortable due to lack of proper draping. I shared my feedback directly with the salon, but it was not taken seriously, indirectly doubting that there was an issue at all.
