Jem is the kindest, sweetest, most professional nail artist I've ever been to! She is so knowledgable and talented, she really listens you what you want and overdelivers. I was nervous about using BIAB on my brittle nails, but she did such a fantastic job and they've lasted so well. 10/10 all round.
