Ik had pedicure met gellak geboekt. Als ik nagellak wilde, duurde de behandeling bijna dubbel zo lang als aangegeven in de app. Daar had ik niet op gerekend; zonder nagellak gedaan. Tot mijn verbazing meer geld kwijt dan aangegeven in de app. Verder vond ik de behandeling vrij hardhandig; bij 1 teen tot bloedens toe.

Heel goed! Mooi resultaat. Was wat te vroeg voor mijn afspraak en werd direct geholpen.

I've been here once before for a manicure with gel nail polish. I was really pleased with the results then...but I wonder if it was "first-time lucky". I went back last week for the same treatment and left with a different experience and less impressive results. The treatment was rushed; it was more frantic than it was relaxing. And the result was less impressive than my first visit. The gel application was inconsistent. In the light you can really see varying shades. When you look closely you can see that parts of the nail which could have easily been painted were bare. There were indents - looks like bubbles burst leaving a tiny, but visible crater. I wonder if this has something to do with the staff never allowing the curing process to finish. Each time she WAVED my hand out of from under the LED light before it could finish. I wonder about going back, because when you book you can't choose who will perform your treatment. I do appreciate that they were able to take two of us at the same time despite our bookings being one after the other...but at the end of the day I would have rather waited and receive a relaxing treatment and results that I'm happy with.
