Was shorter than an hour but good for as long as it lasted

Booked an appointment, got the confirmation, took off early from work, nobody there, called them, nobody answers the phone. Double checked their website upfront and said that they would only be closed in the weekend, not true. they never called me back as well after leaving two messages with that request. Very unprofessional and disappointing!

Massage was great, the man friendly. Ambience I think was a bit uncomfortable with an other customer in the same room.

Massage and Masseur spot on, however the Treatwell Booking System needs improvement, ie. I Booked and Appointment for a 1 Hour Massage and received this Confirmation:

60 minutes
3:00 pm - 3:45 pm on 5 April 2019 with Slot 2
