Although I had an appointment for gel retouching, she applied semi-permanent on her own initiative.The application is a disaster: all wavy and you can see the signs of the old layer of gel underneath, the color has overflowed on the fingertips.Inside a hairdresser, honestly the shop is not so beautiful, you can feel the smell of mold passing by. When he cut my nails he threw them on the floor and she didn't wear the mask during the whole treatment. I am absolutely not satisfied, I won't go twice

Genuinely the best in Amsterdam! I've tried at least 5 different salons since moving here and Mandy Loe is the best in the business! She's so friendly, makes you feel so comfortable and is really lovely to work with. As well as that, I've never had a nail break off before a refill, or had any problems with the sets I've had! I will never go to anyone else again, she's really the best in the game - I leave THRILLED every time!
