I found so many things so unprofessional. Once I sat Natalia didn't asked me which shape I would have like, she only asked if i wanted my nails shorter. She started filling my nails and obviously wasn't the shape that I wanted. Sadly I had to shorten all the nails. She was about to put the top coat on the right hand and i have to remember her that she passed the gellak only once bc she was too busy looking at the clock bc she said that she didn't feel like working in the weekend.
