SPA Pedicure: Some low-cost minerals in the water doesn't make the pedicure "SPA". It was just regular nails and cuticles cutting. They don't use base polish before the nail polish, unless you request for it. HUGE failure. There is ABSOLUTELY NO HYGIENE!!! The tools they used for me were "cleaned" only with a bit of alcohol and used directly for the pedicure of the lady who came after me! She came 5 minutes before my treatment was finished and I saw it with my very own eyes!!! I assume that they "cleaned" them the same way before I had mine!!!! WHAT A DISGUST!!! There is no steriliser device in the room, and I doubt there is any generally. Manicure: Nothing special, just regular nails and cuticles cutting. The towel they used to rest my hands on was full of cut nails of previous manicures - WHAT A DISGUST!!! To be honest, I left as fast as possible because I felt disgusted. Overall/Ambiance: The salon was dirty, dusty and there were even spider webs hanging from the walls and ceiling. The tools and accessories they use are super cheap AND old. For the prices I saw in the catalog I didn't expect a 5 star salon, but I demanded a clean space and a good level of hygiene, therefore I give 1 point for the price/quality and ambiance (I would have given 0 but 1 is the lowest possible). The only good thing I found in this salon is that they cut the cuticles perfectly without bleeding the fingers, and that they are polite and smiling (therefore I give 3 points for the service, otherwise I would have given 1 as well).
