Loubna is a great eyebrow artist. I have thick eyebrows and wanted to keep the shape. She really understood what I wanted. Amazing job! Highly recommend going to her for eyebrow waxing 🙌🤩 Definitely coming back in a couple of weeks.

Loubna is sweet, however there was a few misunderstandings that left me unable to return to this salon. I paid 89 euros via the app for highlights. Mid-treatment she advised me I’d need to pay ‘a little more’ for the toner. At the end she asked me for 100 euros extra in cash and to take this from the ATM machine. I disagreed with this, yet she insisted I need to pay it. In the end I said I would contact the app to find a resolution. Left this salon feeling very uneasy!
