The lady in charge declined the appointment after I reached there saying that she was sick. I was not informed through email about the cancellation and she suggested that I go all the way to Eindhoven if I wanted to have the next appointment. I live in Tilburg. Terrible service.deeply disappointed.

There's nothing to change. It was perfect. She was so kind and professional. And the studio is so clean and cool. I will go again and again!

On Monday (11th) I had a Hollywood waxing. Actually not finished waxing... The no-hair studio seemed nice at the beginning. The lady was quick and professional, but unfortunately I completely changed my mind next day. I noticed hair, which shouldn't be. Not like 4 or 5, but more in couple of places. Because they are open on Monday and Thursday, I call the studio in the morning on Thursday, so I could come over before Valentines. Well, the lady told me that they are full and she can make an appointment the other day. It is unprofessional! The waxing is not treatment that you are doing one day and finishing week later... It could took maximum 5 minutes. I'm not paying 35 euro to end up finishing their work by myself at the Valentine's Day...
