Rita is really nice, knows what she’s doing and is constantly checking in to make sure she’s not accidentally hurting me and I’ve been getting compliments about my nails constantly

The manicure turned out that I went home with wounds on all my nails.
She didn’t cared enough about my sensitive skin
On one of my fingers she cut a big piece away and told me I should just wash my hands to prevent an infection
Also the nails are way to fat and don’t look aesthetic
So in total I am really disappointed and not happy, I am never gonna come there again
