Since I got my nails done 2.5 weeks ago, the biab on both thumbs came off entirely (in one go, not a chip) after less than a week. Elena fixed that nicely, but this weekend the biab on my ring and middle finger also came off in one go… I tried calling for a solution, but still waiting for them to call me back. The quality seems to be getting less and less, been going here for years and lately the biab seems to come undone more frequently and really quickly.
