Very slow, unprofessional and not good at what she is doing. The feedback that something hurts is not taken seriously and her responses are offending. I have burns and pulls on my arm for which I had complained to her when she was working on it. (she paid me back for arms, but it has lasted me more than 10 days - you don't want to see this on a vacation!)
After paying back, she commented "I hope now it will be fine"!
Good luck to her... never going back there!
